Niall Horan Announces New Album, Single & 2020 Tour

Nov 11, 2019

The Scottish Lewis Capaldi and Irish Niall Horan singer-songwriters are launching their tour April 20th 2020, in Nashville, Tennessee. The tour will run until May 20th in San Jose, California. The Niall Horan tour will travel to 17 cities and include the MGM arena in Las Vegas as well as Nashville, New York, Chicago and Los Angeles.

The duo has been called the "Pop heartthrobs" and have a mutual admiration for each other so it came as no surprise that they would team up. The tour's name comes from Horan's hit single, 'Nice To Meet Ya', released earlier this month.

Niall Horan's talent was first discovered by his aunt. He was singing from the back seat of the car and she thought the music was coming from the radio. Niall Horan rose to fame originally as a member of the band One Direction. After auditioning as a solo singer for the UK singing competition The X Factor, in 2016, Niall signed a recording deal as a solo artist and has been successfully supporting his hit debut album Flicker.

Niall Horan's setlist will no doubt include hit singles "This Town" and "Slow Hands" from his debut studio album Flicker (2017). Both singles reached the top 20 in several countries.

Lewis Capaldi was discovered by his manager Ryan Walter through an iPhone recording he had recorded in his bedroom and uploaded to his SoundCloud account.

Capaldi released his first track "Bruises" on March 31st 2017 and the song instantly met with great success as it quickly amassed close to 28 million plays on Spotify worldwide. He thus became the fastest unsigned artist to reach 25 million plays on the Spotify platform. Right after, he was signed to Virgin EMI Records and Capitol Records.

He first rose to prominence when he was nominated for the Critics' Choice Award at the 2019 Brit Awards. On the 17th of May 2019 his debut album, Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent, was released and remained at the top of the UK Albums Chart for six weeks. Lewis Capaldi was just given the title of "America's Sweetheart" after reaching the No.1 spot on Billboard's Hot 100, with his song 'Someone You Loved'.

The duo have chosen American singer, Fletcher, another graduate from X-factor, for their opening act. Watch her video Undrunk to fall in love with the talent and sensitivity of this artist. You will be charmed into immediately booking this great reunion of talents.

This trio of talent will seduce you. Niall Horan's excitement is contagious. He shared on an Instagram post "This is so exciting!! I'm going back on the road and this time I'm going with my best friend in the whole wide world @lewiscapaldi and the beautiful @findingxfletcher.“

UK fans are asking for a tour with the duo so we are very fortunate to have them coming our way, graced with the presence of Fletcher.
